Question about brakes - 04 AMT base TL

Hi guys. I just recently replaced all of the brake pads on my car.I put 50$ wagner ceramics in the rear and higher quality Hawk pads up front. I'm sure that they are the right size and type of pads.
I've been getting a weird sound coming from I'm pretty sure my front right brake. It's not extremely loud, it's just slight. It sounds as if a metal wire or pin or was tapping on my rotor as it spins. I can hear it after I accel to about 10+ mph.
I noticed this right after I finished my front brakes, and I took BOTH of my front calipers back apart afterwards, and reassembled everything once more, just to make sure I didn't mess up with anything.
Question: What do you guys think it is? I'm thinking it's my rotor, maybe it's warped?
After a day or so of thinking about it the best conclusion I can come up with is that it's my pad rubbing up against my rotor as it spins, and the rotor is uneven.
I'm fairly new to the DIY brake job world so ANY input would be great.
Thanks guys.
PS: Everything seems to be fine when I visually inspect it. No loose or hanging shims, all bolts tightened 100%.
