Today it was about 32 degrees and i went to start my car.. and it started to make a loud humming noise, not sure what this is but it was really really anoying... as i started to drive it started to go away and once the car was warmed up it stopped... anybody have an idea if this is good, bad, normal.. or is it fixable...
