LM526 flash relay issues

I recently bought and installed switchback led bulbs for my type s and ran into hyper flashing issues, instead of modifying my oem relay I bought the led flasher relay from autozone.

I installed the relay and it doesn't hyper flash until I turn on my low beams.

I thought maybe it could’ve been a faulty relay so I bought a different one from Oreillys. Same package, relay looks the same. Installed this one and hyper flash is fixed for the left turn signal but it still happens on the right side.

is it possible I purchased two bad relays or maybe it’s the switchback bulbs I bought?

any help is appreciated, thanks.

Had this same exact issue, double check your lights are working and the wiring to them. I realized my fog light wire was cut causing those same symptoms, very intermittent and out of wack. If I don't use them I don't have a problem as of right now.

Even with my fog lights off, I still get hyperflash though..

I'll see if I can inspect the wiring next time I do my oil change and look for any damage.

Issue is resolved. Could not find any damaged wires. I ended up installing gtr lighting carbide 2 led bulbs and that fixed hyperflashing.
