Bleeding brakes

Hey so my 06 Acura needed a new rear calliper so I decided to change it myself and when I went to bleed my brakes unfortunately my helper was the one pushing the pedal and they were pushing the pedal to the floor as we were bleeding the brakes 3-4 times per calliper . There was no air coming out of the lines after finishing bleeding my brake pedal feels spongy still just wondering if my master cylinder or brake booster are toast from pushing the pedal to hard to the floor

Rebleed the system and get the rest of the air out. TL has different procedure where you start with driver side and work your way around the car.
