Is mine just burnt or do they not light up?
its a 04 TL, and i found myself searching for the hazard switch in the dark...it would help if it was lit up!

Whats with all the burned out lights with this car? Ive had to replace the heater switch bulb 2 weeks ago, now this week the memo button bulb on the door. After searching in here there seems to be an issue with all the burned out bulbs. Whats up with that?

 

I just had mine fixed at Acura under warranty. They changed 6 bulbs and it took 5 days for them to do it. I guess that equals about a bulb a day.
1. left seat heater switch
2. Main cruise control button on steering wheel
3. Back button on steering wheel for HFL
4. Back button on steering wheel for navi voice.
5. select reset button for trip computer
6. sunroof button light.

I just turned 50K so now if anymore go out its on me. One question I have is, is there any warranty on the bulbs that they replaced and if there is, how long?

BTW my hazzard switch does light up.

 

My 05 TL has 20 ,000 miles on it and the dealer is telling me warranty does not cover replacement bulbs and I will need to pay for this myself. Does this sound right? The last one they replaced last month was a "goodwill gesture". I dont see in my warranty book the information regarding these bulbs...

 

im not sure if bulbs are warranty or not, probably depends more on the dealer than anything else. new parts purchased from the dealer come with a 12/12 warranty from the factory.

 

I would go to another dealer or call Acura. My dealer did all 6 of mine with out any question of whether they were under warranty.

 

I think anything got replaced also expires the same day ur original car warrenty expires.
