Hi,

I just changed my battery and now I noticed that the VSA triangle, VSA, ABS, and handbrake lights stay on. Is there a way to fix this?

I have a 2004 6MT TL.

 

you need a scan tool that can read and erase abs trouble codes. Once the ABS codes are erased you may still have just the Orange triangle. If the orange triangle remains then you will need to do a sensor neutral position memorization. IF you need the prodedure let me know and I will type it out for you.

 

Try pulling the battery cable once more for about a minute and see if that clears the error.

 

I removed the battery for about 10 minutes and plugged it in again, still there. Then I drove around for about 10 minutes and it's gone?? I guess unplugging it worked. Thanks for the replies, both of you.

 

I had that too this past Summer. My battery was too weak to start the car n a very hot day. Got a jump from a tow truck and all of those same lights stayed on. I drove it to the dealership and after I restarted the engine it was normal again. The dealership still looked the car over, but found no problem.
