As some of you may know, I have been dealing with flashing dash lights when i put my turn signal or emergency flashers on. I have isolated the issue down to the LED bulbs for the front of the car. I believe that there is a design issue with them, but would like to verify with other members before i elaborate on it. What I need help on is some fellow members who have LED turn signals (switchbacks or standard) to look at some of their exterior lights with the emergency flashers on. This can be done at any time (even though daytime may be a little more difficult to see the lights (they may or may not light, if they do they will be very dim) I need you to:

1. turn on your emergency flashers (leave the key out of the ignition and all lights off).
2. Then get out of the car and shut all doors.
3. After about a minute take a look at your side markers (front and back) and your tail/brake lights

I need to know if you see the side markers and tail/brake light dimly flashing. Also if you could, indicate if you have standard or switchback LED's.

If people see the same thing as what i see on my car then i have found my issue, if not then i have to go back to the drawing board to understand what is going on.

i just tried it, kept them on for 3 min. nothing changed, no side marker blinking or tail lights blinking.

i have type 1 switchbacks in the front and LED's in the back signals also. my side markers are stock. also, i have an 07, so i have LEDs in the side mirrors.

Can someone who has all white LED(non switchback) turn signals help out please.
