my tail lights works fine but when my parking light is in, i see one black spot on the led strip, im pretty sure one little led is burnt, i asked the dealer and they want me to replace the whole strip for 200 plus labor. is there another way i can fix just that one led?

 

you can take out the board and replace the one LED, but I doubt its the one LED as they all run as one. If your car is under warranty, they should replace it as the board is damaged, its not a fused bulb.
