really really small dent, and not a sharp one... it was hard to notice until a friend noted me and i checked it out twice... its a small one, looks more like someone kinda leaned on it to hard to kick it slightly... just wondering an easy fix... where can i go to get it popped out?

driver side door, prob like a nickel... real small but i love my car, i want to pop it back out... anyone have a rough estimate on cost?
