Knocking noises

I have been noticing this knocking noise on the passenger side of 05 tl. I had the struts replaced and the noise continues...any suggetsion on what this could be also my car has a very rough ride.

Check your basics, lower control arm bushings, sway bar bushings/end links, ball joints

does it happen when you go over bumps? if so also include checking your motor mounts. Bad mounts are commonly mistaken for something wrong with a suspension component.
