I just picked up an '08 base model, 5AT last weekend. I'm the primary driver and use key 1. I had all the radio pre-set buttons programmed for my choices. So my wife got in to drive the car today, (she uses key 2) and all my radio pre-set buttons were gone. I know the seat, side mirrors, etc. change based on Memory 1 or 2 but do the radio pre-set buttons also follow the key? To my knowledge, this isn't mentioned in the manual that I can find.

Yes, the audio and climate control settings are also separately stored by each linked remote. The settings are activated when the linked remote is used to unlock the driver's door; physically opening the driver's door will move the driver's seat and exterior mirrors to the settings stored by that remote.

Just use your (Driver 1) remote to open the door and all your settings will return.
