My car wont start only when its cold outside. The key light keys flashing but no check engine light when I go to start it. I have to keep playing with the ignition until the check engine light come on then goes away. Even after the check engine goes away car wont start. I have to use a scanner and reset the ecu then it will start. (i have to keep playing with the ignition until the key light radomly goes away and the check engine goes up)

 

Forgot to add the car is an 04 acura tl.
