4k oil changes on synthetic!!! are you new here???
7500 on synthetics no problem- some go 12-15k on synthetics with filter change midway.
The owner manual and maitenance lights are designed for 7500 miles on dino (regular) oil
Read the owner manual for service - check if you are normal or severe service needs
here is a free download- click your year then model

New spark plugs never hurt after 60k- it will improve gas mileage use NGK Iridium IX 7 bucks each-
Seafoam treatment for the engine intake and gas now too

change the engine air filter and cabin air filter. Check and inspect all fluids. Also new Transmission fluid is recommended to my knowledge. Also brake fluid change every 3 years regardless of mileage. There are instructions on this site on how to change the filters, this will save you alot of money.

also 60k spark plugs?
I also just hit 60k - 2004 TL 6MT
I got the transmission fluid drained and filled with GM Synchromesh (Friction Modified) which has made a slight but noticeable improvement.
I am going to do the air filter myself and maybe the cabin air filter.
How hard is it to do the spark plugs?
I can see the three in front look easy but how do you get to the back three?

I'm not a fan of the Seafoam. It's a harsh solvent based cleaner. When added to the oil, the car should not be driven, only idled and then change the oil. Add it to the intake tract at your own risk.
At 60K, definatley do a 3K transmission drain and refill, it should be done every 20K at most. Honda Z1 is fine if you change it often. With a good synthetic and a real filter, you can extend it to 100,000 miles.
Change sparkplugs. 106,000 miles is crazy. The car will still run but it will be nowhere near it's best. I changed mine at 45K and had a noticably better idle. Platinums are fine if you don't want to pay the price of Iridiums as long as you change every 50K or so. Rear plugs are easy, remove the plastic cover near the firewall and use a ratchet with a short extension to get at the plugs..
Do a 4X drain and refill of the powersteering. I don't care what Acura says, you have been pushing the break-in fluid through a non-filtered system for 60K. I change mine every 20K. Use only Honda fluid. I'm currently experimenting with the new Amsoil synthetic that's ok'd for Honda but I don't want to recommend it until I have some miles on it.
Coolant- It's rated for 10 years or 120,000 miles. I changed mine at 20K and all kinds of sand came out, probably from the block and head castings. Do a drain and refill of the radiator from the valve on the bottom of the radiator. It's very convienent and clean. Use only the Acura premix fluid and it takes just over a gallon with a radiator drain.
Oil, nothing wrong with changing a synthetic at 4,000 miles. I change mine at 4,500 or sooner. No matter how much life the oil has left, there's still the contaminate load and the only way to get rid of it is to drain it. The two main advantages of synthetic is better flow when cold and better protection when very hot. Extended drains are low on my list. I use the best filter available and run it for two oil change intervals.

I forgot, PCV replacement isn't a bad idea either.
