Jewel eye wiring!! Need help

Is the red wire the positive (power) and the black wire is the negative (ground)??

Hey! So JNC made me a diagram to connect my jewel eyes and im just trying to figure something out. On the high beam connector there is a red wire and a black wire. ALSO on the harness for the 3g low beam that connects into the ballast. What wire is positive and what one is negative? Does anyone have a picture?? Also what kind of diodes do I wire in and where?

99.99% of the time on most wiring, red is positive and black is negative. The 3G TL high beam shouldn't be going into the ballast, it should be going to the solenoid that moves the cutoff shield (it has its own wire harness and plug).
