Issues after ecu replacement

07 TL -original ecu went bad. Replaced ecu, ignition switch with matching key.

Car starts and runs OK, but no radio/nav/ heat and I have a noisy fan.

Any recommendations for next step, thanks

Check the fuses, usually when the ecu poops it blows a couple fuses, if all that is ok make sure everything got connected correctly to the ecu

What he said, i would check all of your under hood and under dash fuses then test your pgm main relay, if it checks out continue testing for voltage in the connectors further down through the circuit all the way to the grounds until you find the issue. Could be a simple ground strap loose or a corroded wire causing a voltage drop. Here's the climate control diagram from the 3G service manual which you can find a full download for somewhere on the forums.

OK. The heat seems to be working.
i checked the fuses to the radio and they are OK. When I reinserted the fuse, I could hear some resetting, but no display on NAV, no power to radio.

i also noticed that my settings are not being saved and are being reset every rime I turn on ignition.
- Radio resets to 1:00
- trip meter goes back to zero
- Heater setting to low

Any help would be appreciated
