Possible dead ECU

Hi,

My 2006 TL is completely dead. When I try to start the car nothing happens, and the interior lights do not come on when the ignition is switched to the start position. The battery is metering at 12.1 volts and I tried to jump start it which did not work. The only electronics that are currently working on the car is the horn and brake lights. I am thinking this could be an issue with the ECU or security system. Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Check your fuse box in the engine bay. There should be a main fuse for the car, it contains 2 fuses. Apparently 120/70 amp. Maybe it blew.

Have you tried a new battery or check all your ground cables (and positive as well)
