I think my previous owner had, tried to use some adhesive to get the bumper up and i guess it wore out overtime. Anyway you guys have any quick fix solutions?
here are some pictures of what it looks like when it comes off, i usually just pop it back in place but its been coming off a bit lately

 

thats called the aspec lip kit.
it's installed wrong.
needs to be un-installed, and then installed correctly. and yes, the adhesive that previous owner used is normal.

 

Do you know how much such a installation averagely runs for? or just a ball park figure

i'm sure you have a screw driver

un-do the screws. take off lip kit.
align lip kit better.
install screws.
add 3M double sided tape.

for this simple ass work, you'll get charged like $200. lol
do this shit yourself!!
