I tried to order one from Car Tunes in Detroit. They said the aftermarket adapter for them is not yet available. You have to get it from Acura Dealer. My dealer quoted $350 and you would be able to use it with your steering wheel controls

Following options:
Dice Unit
USA SPEC HON2Y

both allow control from the radio and steeringwheel. Dice allows TEXT at the cost of XM.

I saw someone post that their is a connection in the 07 TL inside the armrest. Where is it? All I can find in mine is a outlet. Is the connection aftermarket or was it OEM? Thanks

In my dad's 08 MDX, there is an auxilary connection inside the armrest located on the front wall (closer to the front of the vehicle). All you need is an auxilary cord and an iPod and you're good to go. However, the damn dealer didn't provide my father with the cord which I think was very cheap of them. Oh yeah, it was OEM.

On the other hand, if you look in the Sponsored Sales section of the BM, there is a sale for the Dice iPod kits which require a little bit of an installation I believe but are good to have.

TL-z: goto the Audio/Nav/Bluetooth forum and search - the most common ones are the DICE unit and USASpec I believe.. [I have a dice unit - love it]

OK Timmahh...I gotta say that I see your avatar and laugh, it is too damn funny man.

Did you put the Dice in yourself, or did you have to have it put in?
