Intermittent Crank Start Issue!! HELP!

Hey guys,

So sometimes aftee the car sits for an hour or longer or so, when I go to the gym or go eat out for example and when I come back, when I crank start the car (turn the key) there's like like delay as if the fuel part of the car is clogged, then it starts. It happens intermittently and I can't replicate it. It happens sometimes then other times it's fine and smoothly.
I've checked the battery and recently replaced it.
I've used plenty of fuel injectors cleaners and such. 91 gas from shell all the time. What gives?

Any ideas?
