I'm replacing a leaking differential oil seal and took out the intermediate shaft for inspection. The bearing rotates smoothly without any noise. But if I try to shake the bearing housing sideways, there's about 1 mm give or play. Is this normal for 08 TL Base with 110k miles? If not, should I take the opportunity to replace the bearing and outer seal (#26, #27 in the diagram)?
