my inside leather door handle seems to be coming apart. i took apart the door panel to see what i could do to fix it but i couldnt come up with any ideas... from the inside it looks like its barely has anything to be glued on so im not really sure how it was held together in the first place.
anyone else have this problem?

I have this problem on my drivers side. I just ignore it...if i notice it, i'll just push it in. I was planning on taking the door panel off to look at what to do...but i guess you already did that for me. Thanks.

 

btw, has anyone noticed their inside door handle's silver paint coming off? mine is like a piece of metal sticker that is loosely stuck to the door handle.

 

I dont know i guess u should try to crazy glue it back together or use some other type of adhesive

 

Get in the habit of closing your door with the armrest handle,(if you don't allready) the door open handle is pretty flimsey to pull the door shut with.

I had the same problem I tried epoxy and did't work, I used crazy glue and fix it.

its aliveee!!! hah kidding. I am getting the same issue, has anyone tried to bring this issue up with Acura? Kinda lame that the door handle is just coming apart, is this a "wear" type item on our cars? :P
