Input and direction? P145C only.
Greetings again all,
Having recently finished the last project of getting the stock spark plugs switched out at 172,000, I'm now a few weeks later popping P145C. We only have few threads here on the forums about it, and there are a couple points I was hoping for some input on. I saw one commenter in one of the related threads suggesting that could be related but no one else has suggested as such and I'm not throwing other codes, but I wanted input on that. Also It seems that in every post I'm finding here, people pop P145C as well as P0497, but I'm only getting the former so I want to make sure I'm working on replacing the right part. For the entirety of me owning this TL I randomly get the "TIghten your gas cap" notice which can go on for days or weeks, but first time it's given me this code, and it isn't going away.
Any input on self-diagnostic approaches or what this is with Just P145C?
Much appreciate any input!

For the sake of others benefit later, even though only one code got blown, I replaced the evap purge valve and the code is gone and has not come back after about 5 days. Also no tighten your fuel cap thing. I used the link to an ebay seller from another post on the same error code and while the part was used, it's worked for now and was only $38 or so.
