How to replace gear position sensor O-Ring?

Hey,

As some of you may know I have ATF leaking at the gear position sensor.

I believe Majafo mentioned in a thread I made earlier that there's an o-ring behind there that can be changed.

My mechanic that I went to a few days ago who removed my one shock (with broken pinch bolt) also said that there'es an o-ring that can be changed behind there.

Is there some sort of page out of the service manual or if anybody knows the instructions to replace the o-ring?

Thanks!

If you look here: http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/...s=&view=normal

It looks like it might be just as easy as removing the switch/sensor then replacing the o-ring.

Edit:

Not sure this is your exact solenoid, but pretty much everyone I saw in the SM is about the same as far as showing O-ring replacement.

Thanks Bearcat!

You always seem to have answers for my problems!

You mechanic also stated that I had to pop off the sensor and just replace the o-ring inside but there's a few bolts connected to the sensor I don't know which one to remove LOL

Also I wonder if ATF will gush out if I remove the sensor haha
