How many quarts of Transmission fluid?

Hello,

I was thinking of getting a transmission fluid flush on my 2006 Acura TL (5AT). I want to buy the fluid myself and have a local mechanic perform a 3X3 drain/fill procedure. My question is, how much fluid does the transmission take? With 3X3, is the transmission capacity for fluid 9 quarts?
I am thinking of buying this one:

Thanks

From what I understand there is about 8 quarts of transmission fluid in the system, a 3x3 will require 9 quarts because each time you do it you will only be able to drain out 3 quarts.

I would recommend using Honda AFT DW-1, this is also pretty easy to do yourself if you have a ratchet set, a breaker bar and a container.

Cheers.
