Clutch slips on '07 TL-S?

I have an 07 tl-s 6mt and I've had this bad boy since it was at 34k it's now currently at 63k and I have changed my fluid over to Gm syncromesh fm. The fluid has been changed twice while using gm fluid. Never has it popped out of gear. Ever. Shift are fine. Just curious, when engine is still a little cold not up to normal temp the clutch around 3k rpm in 2-3 slips it seems a little. When it warms up I do not have this issue. I don't beat on the car, but I will have spiriting driving sometimes. Is this something to worry about? Also while in 5th I hear a whine from right side of car which sounds like a belt when at around 43-50mph. Only while slight acceleration though. Thanks all for information!

maybe make a video of it and post it here.

A slipping clutch when fully engaged is not normal in any circumstance.
