Where can I find detailed instruction for bulb replacement on my 06 TL?

Check the 3G Garage. I don't know if changing headlamps are in there but it's a good start. Otherwise, locate a Service Manual... it is in there.

There are very detailed instructions in the DIY garage and there is a youtube video showing how to remove front bumper cover. I just did it yesterday.
