perhaps you have the worng car?
if infact this is your car and the keys you have do not turn the tumbler, then have it towed to the dealer

Key doesnt turn in the door?? Umm the key lock is mechanical and will not be affected by your battery being dead. It's actually there for that very reason, when electronics fail you can still get in the car. If the key doesnt turn the tumbler, perhaps it's frozen?? (given that you live on the north side of us and it's below freezing outside) If it's possible that it's frozen get some lock de-ice.

Try another key also, including your valet key.. If that doesn't work, either call an auto locksmith to open the car, for a price of course (AAA offers it, not sure how much though) Or have it towed to your Acura dealer.

1) Are you using the wrong key, i.e. key for another Honda/Acura?
2) if the lock cylinder isn't frozen, check the keyhole surround-- someone breaking into the car may have broken the lock cylinder.

G/L.
