Help! Urgent

i went on vacation last friday and parked my car at my friends. when i got back last night i turned on the car and my check engine light, emergency brake light, and a few other lights were on and my "D" position light was blinking. i was to scared to drive it and left it there for the night. everything was fine when i left for my vacation and no one drove it while i was gone.

does anyone know what the reasoning to this is and if its safe enough to drive to a mechanic or if ill have to get it towed?

thanks for the help!

Did you actually start the car or just go to the click before starting it?

Please provide more details.
did it sound weird when you started it?
you turned it back off, did you try starting it again?
under your user name it says "boost 3g"....are you boosted?
you were gone for a week, right?

and any more details that you can think of.

details details details.
supercharged? or turbocharged?
have you looked under the hood to see if anything looks amiss?
you need to be more detailed.
if you scared about it, get it towed to a mechanic.

Make abosolutely certain that the battery charge is up and if you have the radio codes, disconnect the negative cable for a couple of minutes and give it a try.

Rats.. Pull all your engine covers off and pull your interior kick panels exposing your ECM. Check to make sure there's no moisture on / around the ECM. Then check all your wire harnesses and sensors in case something got in there and went to town. For specific regions to consider, get a code reader and pull the DTC's.

If you start it and let it idle does it stay on? While idleing, if you give it gas does it turn off? If you answer yes to both questions then you have a boost/vacuum leak. Unmetered air is entering the intake causing the engine to choke. Double check your vacuum lines. If those are fine then move onto intake gaskets.

Of course I am not too sure what this means on our air density design, but this is usually the case with a MAF system.

update: it was a bad alternator according to acura and since i was under warranty they fixed it even with me being supercharged but now its happened again!! they wont fix it this time but they said my "after market" wiring is pulling to much power from the alternator.
only thing i have aftermarket wiring would be my system and my supercharger.

any thoughts on if any of those two things could pull to much power? my system only has a 250 watt amp so its nothing crazy
