i bought a paid of 5000k bulbs for my 05 tl and installed them after 5 sec after i turn them on they start flickering and go off. has any one had this problem. i bought the bulbs from a vendor on acurazine. and the reason i bought the pair was my pass. side went pink on me so i decided to change both. thanks for any help.

 

did live chat with vendor and they say both are bad. will warranty. what a hassel

just thought someone has had the same problem but excuse me . dont want to waste anybodys time.

 

just a update. got new bulbs in and they did same thing. was told by hidextra that my 2005 tl ballast where not compatible with there bulbs. i told them they needed to tell you guys that since there a vendor on here. but no response to that.

 

Stick with brand name bulbs--Osram (stock), Philips, Morimoto, Kaixen, etc.
Stay away from no-name cheapies unless you replace the ballasts and wiring, as well.
The Retrofit Source is a good vendor choice.
