My car is Tl 06 wit 20k milages,so far I only changed the motor oil in every 5k mi but i havne't done any transmission fluid. My question is when to change the transmission fluid and what brand this is good.

try reading ANY trans thread on this subject- follow the books advice on time/miles- and use only HONDA ZR1 auto trans fluid
Stop wasting engine oil too!!! 7500 miles is standard

 

30k miles and honda atf if yours is an automatic
