HELp! TPS sensor 2nd time went bad

05 tl 6spd
Car occationaly feels like running out of fuel during driving, triped check engine took it in and dealer said it was tps sensor, replace but a week later has started doing it again and has triped the check engine 5 more times...rev limiter engages and car wont go over 1500 rpm's. Reluctant to take it in the part changers at the dealer, any ideas besides rereplacing tps?

So what's the deal here? TPS (tire pressure sensor I presume) is faulty, and the engine engages a rev limiter when it detects low tire pressure?

No the throttle position sensor, i had an accord that did something like this the other day, we updated the software on the ecm/pcm, which fixed the car. I would take it to the dealer and see if there is an update for your car this may or maynot fix it but is worth a try!
