Help please!! Air bag light came on, along with all the other lights on dash

So what happened today was I'm driving, then I notice the airbag light started blinking slowly. Like it would come on, then go off, then go on after. And my car started acting funky, like I would take my foot off the brake and usually the idle makes my car roll slowly. It felt like it was in neutral. When I would press the gas harder the rpms would be around 3-4k and the car would slowly move forward. Usually in 3-4k rpms my car is going faster.
Can anyone help me with this problem?
I read some posts about it being seat belt sensors, but I don't get how that could affect the driving of the car.

This is what it looked like while I was driving. The airbag light came on.

Here's what the lights looked like, after I put the car in park these lights all came on at once.

i got yo instagram hollas!
this fool blowing my phone up!!

so, lets re-cap. I remember the car not starting.
DId you change out the starter?

and if you have a multimeter handy, you could check the volts of the battery with the car off.
it should be at 12volts.
if anything less, your battery is dying.

When my car didn't start I got a new battery under warranty, then I bought a new starter also same time. I installed the battery and starter and have had 0 issues with start up. My battery seemed to have a slow drain. Like something is slowly draining my battery. I read others have had the ac draining, but I wasn't sure how to check that.

I don't have one of those on my If my car starts up and let's me drive to the closest orileys I could have them check the volt.

What do you think could be causing the car to drive funky. Like the part were I let off the brake petal and try to drive forward. But it just revs more and car slowly goes forward. I would be in 1st and around 2-4k Rpms but car only goes maybe 5-15mph. I never tried going faster then 15mph yet because I came straight to work after the problem happened.

Hahaha thanks bro sorry I blew up your phone with IG for a sec! Lol thinks for the reply

no worries, i actually felt important that some one was tagging me.

anyway, I think its a battery issue.
if the battery turns out to be good and holding charge, then we can rule that out.

the next thing that comes to mind is the APP sensor.

Ok I'll try and check the battery right after work.

I was tryin to read up on that sensor thing. Sounds like could be the issue maybe. Hope just swap out the battery.

Is it bad to drive in limp mode?
Does this sound like a trams problem anyone?

Sounds like all kinds of problems, so check the codes/get the codes read before you start throwing parts on the car.

The codes will tell if it's an APP sensor, other sensor or actual transmission issue, too.

G/L!

This happened to me with my Lex when my alternator went poo
Which in turn, killed my battery.
Check codes first. Then check battery
Good luck

You think the bad alternator would make the car go in limp mode? Cause I can't even Excelerate normally and it doesn't drive far. My dash lights went nuts blinking and my car died out. I'm not stuck in front of napa. He checked my batter it's at like 11.67 volts. So he's charging my battery now.

Would bad alternator cause my car to feel like its dying, its in limp mode and my radio doesnt turn on and also my rpms and gas is at 0, i filled gas this morning and i know my rpms is more then 0 cause my car is on and moving lol. The blue light on the speedomiter is realllllllly dim and goes dim, off, dim. The car died on me so its in front of napa. They are charging the battery to test alternator after. My car didnt start up I just bought new starter last month. The battery read 11.67 volts, the napa guy said its supposed to be around 12.6 volts.

Would a bad alternator be a factor in this case. Or APP sensor? I hope not the sensor because that will make my car down even longer.

Thanks for the info guys, the fix was the alternator had to be changed. I changed it along with charge up my battery. All the lights went away, limp mode is gone, my dash works perfect again. Everything back to normal. Hope this can help someone in the future with this same issue

yupp!
i knew it.

when these things happen you need to trouble shoot ONE thing at a time.
it sounded like you went crazy trying to find the problem.

I was correct in my diagnosis, the battery did not have enough juice and started throwing all kinds of christmas lights on the dash and everywhere else.

battery, alternator and starter are 3 common items that prevent the car from starting.

c'mon man! with you so involved with cars, you need to up your game!!

Thanks again bro, yeah was trying to think simple. But when i started searching the problems i had i seen your comments on another post about the sensor app one. I was like ahhh noooo. Didnt wanna keep buying more parts... "stock" parts... Wasted money I needed for other parts lol! But yes the car is running like a champ.
Stepping my game up, one problem at a time LMAO!
Learning from the master bro "JUSTNSPACE"
I was trying to talk with my car friends and they had the same type of answers, plus the alternator was the original honda one so that definitely sounded like the problem. What threw me off was the christmas lights on my dash lol. But thanks again bro your a huge help.
Now i can enter my car for the show next month. Gonna be having some sick pics, gonna slam my car again and put back the show rims. GOing with a newer look for my interior also.

It was a OEM honda alternator, i have 140xxx miles. My guess was that no one changed it because rarely would just any old regular non car people change the parts with OEM unless they have the money.
Since I owned the car I did almost every other maintenance thing except the alternator. Time for new spark plugs next oil change.

Haha I know, it's funny. But honestly you know a lot so I figured get another opinion. Saved me from taking it to Acura.

Thanks bro, gonna have some super nice pics. Also going to be launching a feature for the car show I just went to the other day. Will be live at lower-standards.com

Sorry just read this.
Yes, with my situation I couldn't drive more than a mile or 2 and then nothing.

Glad you got to the bottom of your issue.

Wait. Where in your above posts did you mention it was the alternator?
