Need Help - Soft Brake Pedal

I have an 04 6MT w/ front Brembo brakes.

I removed all 4 calipers, painted them and re-installed.

I bled per spec, FL outer - inner, FR outer - inner, RR, RL.

The front left appears to bleed fine, outside and in. The front right outer appears to bleed fine but the front right inner seems to always have bubbles. Is the bleed screw bad? It is OEM. The rear right bleeds fine. The rear left does not bleed through the nipple, the fluid leaks from around the bleeder threads and the piston itself was very hard to compress. I don't believe I have a leak because I can drive a few miles and the fluid level is the same.

During bleeding my friend kept pressing the pedal all the way down, could I have damaged my master cylinder?

My bleed process:

-friend pumps pedal
-i open valve
-friend pushes pedal to floor
-i close valve
-repeat

Is this correct?

I have no brake pressure.

Is my problem:

A. - I ruined the master by bleeding excesively w/ pedal to floor
B. - FR inner bleed screw is bad letting air in
C. - RL caliper is semi seized and doesn't bleed correctly
D. - Something else or all of the above?

When I drive I have a quick initial bite of brake power then the pedal goes to the floor and I have about 10% braking power. To stop I have to down shift, use e-brake and pulsate the pedal.

My pads and rotors are less than 2 months old.

What do you guys think? How can I trouble shoot? I'm going to pick up some bleeder screws and 2 new rear calipers. Maybe a MC too just in case. Could I have damaged the brake booster in any way?

My original plan was to install my XLR8 stainless lines but the FL flare nut stripped and the RL wouldn't break loose. The passenger side rubber lines did come off but I re-installed them.

Thank you.

G2 caliper paint red w/ white brembo stickers.

you have the bleed order correct.
but the process might be a little skewed.

pump brakes 3 times, and hold on the 4th.
then, open bleeding valve while your friend is still holding the brake pedal, close it.

AHHH!! i read this

you might have stripped the lines! letting air in!!

Thanks, I will try your method. The front left hard line junction that connects to the rubber line stripped on me. But that caliper bleeds out nicely and I don't beleive I broke the seal on the line. Every other line either didn't open or sealed back nicely. The fluid level in the master also never changes so I know at least there is no leak..

Just remember, after the 3 pumps hold pressure on the pedal, open then close the bleeder before the pedal hits the floor. Reason being as the pedal is pushed down, the fluid is pushed out of the bleeder, but when the pedal hits the floor, pressure ceases, fluid stops and air can possibly enter the caliper. Fluid leaking around the threads won't let air in unless the pressure on the pedal is reduced, but I'd get a new bleeder that functions properly.

If a piston(s) is hard to compress or push back into the caliper, either the brake line is broken internally, or the caliper bore is contaminated not allowing the piston to move inward freely.

I replaced both rear calipers. It appears that everything bleeds correctly except the FR inner bleeder. I tried to get a new bleeder but no one carries them so I have to order. When I removed the bleeder it appears slightly cross threaded and corroded at the bottom. Could this be letting air in? I also purchased a new MC that I am debating installing.
