Help me PLZ

Can you please watch these 2 videos and tell me whats wrong with my AC\Clock LCD panel? I think maybe a bad ground but i cant find the source or root cause of the issue

I'm no electrical guru but that looks like a grounding issue to me. Have you pulled the power/ground leads and tested for connectivity. It could be just a loose molex type of connector.

That display is fairly easy to get to. The whole section pops out by putting something with a hook on the end into the vent and just pulling with a snapping motion. The tool has to be pretty stiff (coat hanger won't work).

It looks like a connection issue. The wiring connectors are pretty rugged so it could be the sub display connection to it's printed circuit board. Once you pop the vent you'll be able to play with it more to see what it is.
