HELP! A bunch of stuff just broke

So I was replacing some of the interior lights with leds (ac buttons, heated seat controls, ect) and succesfully put in the ac leds. When I was putting in the seat warmer control led's there was a spark and all of the lights turned off. When I drove the car after this happened the dash cluster lights didn't work (except for a bit when I opened the door) and the guages themselves didn't work. Any idea of what happened?

Yea XD. Any clue what fuse it would be? non of the ones that I checked were blown and I cant think of any that would control lights, windows, guages, and some of the power

Did you actually pull them out and look at them? And even then, a fuse may be blown but not look like it.

I found one fuse that was blown, replaced it and most of the probloms went away. The only thing that still isnt working is the lights on the AC, and radio. I replaced the fuse that was labeled for "interior lights" and that didn't fix it

Check fuse #15 in the underhood fuse box. Which bad fuse did you replace?

Isnt there a bigger concern that the fuse blew? Wont the same possibly happen again unless root cause is found for it blowing?

He said he was installing LED's and shorted the circuit so fuse blew. Pretty common, and why when newbies install electrical, they should unplug the battery.

It's a under hood fuse. It is labeled as "small light" in the description on the inside of the fuse cover. I can't remember the exact fuse #, but it was definitely a under-hood fuse (not under-dash) that powers ONLY the lighting circuit for climate controls.

Could always do the tried and true method of removing each one and inspecting them individually.....a valuable lesson nonetheless, ALWAYS disconnect your battery when doing any sort of work under the hood/involving electricity. I blew a fuse and felt like a dumbass after realizing i shorted my trunk light with a pair of pliers just a month ago

Alright guys, kbouchard1092 was right, I checked it today and it looked fine, but it turned out to be blown when I checked it with a multimeter.
