Headlights Stuck on High Beam 1 side

On low beam, one is brighter than the other (left side), and I was like WTF. Turned on High beams and that side didn't change, but the other side got as intense in brightness as the left side.

Its like the left side is stuck on high all the time. Any suggestions?

Sounds like your "shutter" is stuck. It's not moving back into place.

That is correct. I just had this problem and I won't lie, it fixed itself after a couple of rapid bumps.

If it doesn't you can take the light off, take the bulb out, and carefully use a thin right angle pick to pull it back.

If you aren't following us, google how bi-xenon lights work.

Shutter? This doesn't have anything to do with the harness does it? I kinda broke off my harness and jammed it back together. But there is no short on it.

Did anyone have a DIY for the tl specific? Or are all bi xenons the same that can have the same solution? Appreciate the help guys!

All Bi-xenon projectors are basically the same.
You should drive over a rough road to see if the shield will set back into place. Otherwise you will have to do as maharajamd said. Take the headlight off, pull the bulb out and stick a hook or something inside and pull the shield back.
Here's what the projector looks like pulled apart.

The shield flips down towards the lens to activate the high beam.
