Hi All,

My 07 TL has haze headlight for a while, it seems coming from inside because I tried polishing from outside but it doesn't fix it. I am wondering if the headlight box can be opened, I mean the plastic shell so I can clean or polish from inside. The original headlight parts is too expensive, dealer asks for $500 for one, a pair will cost me $1K. Any idea? BTW, I love this car

Youll have to bake the headlight if you want to get to the inside

 

You can try to open them. If you break it, try buying it online. Amazon has one for $220 (plastic shell only, no bulb and ballast)

 

just bake them in the oven at 220 (no preheat) and open them up. Have you tried doing this to the outter shell?--->
