Harmonic balancer in '07 TL
After market performance lightweight crank pulleys DO NOT HAVE A HARMONIC BALANCER.
If you want a harmonic balancer your only option is to go with a OEM pulley.
These engines are internally balanced. The OEM crank pulley isn't explicitly a harmonic balancer. However, its weight allows it to absorb some of the resonant vibrations that may be present.
I had a UR lightweight pulley on my car for years with zero issues. Over 150k miles with it. You'll be fine if you replace the OEM with a lightweight one.

couple days ago ...I took off the fender cover ...then run the engine it made a ticking noise ..then I see the balancer wobble and when I turned on the A/C it went worst ....I stick a pen on it and bouncing bad

I can tell you what happens when it goes bad , it ruined last weekend, it starts off rattling then if you ignore it, the thing breaks into its two component parts and the belt comes off. I have all the tech on mine so comes with electric steering so I was able to drive on until the battery was flat. Had it trailered home and now waiting for the part to be flown in from Japan. 105,000 miles on the clock.
The general consensus is that it's not a 'balancer'. But it does have a rubber-like insert, so it is/may be a noise and/or vibration dampner.
I think it's two pieces .... there's a rubber insert between the hub and the outer part of the pulley.

Guess its different than the pulley on the 7th gen Accord V6 then... that was just a solid metal pulley.
