Half of steering controls lights are not working
I just recently realized that only upper phone button "to make the call" on the left of the steering wheel is lighting up and the "end" button is not. Also, the "cruise" button is the only one out the the other cruise control buttons that currently lights up. The car is 2005 with 62k miles, seems highly improbable that this is happening due to age or usage. Any ideas? Dealer wants $130 just for labor.

I also am having the same problem. Mine is an 06 with about 50,000 miles. I need to check the fuses, but we are also having an intermittent problem with the tpms? Aargh, I have a feeling this won't be cheap!

Apparently this is a normal issue with these cars. I think it's a type #74 bulb, but I'm not certain. Still trying to find it for certain.

true, does anyone know how to remove those aluminium corners; cruise control casing. I figured you would probably have to remove the steering wheel air bag/horn cover.I could also look at the dealers diagram. Really dont feel like paying over $130 for a $7 bulb.

Disconnect battery first. Underneath steering column a small door to remove to unplug the airbag. Two screws to remove on the sides of the steering column to release the airbag. Small screws on the back of the corner pieces. Flathead screwdriver can remove the bulbs.
