Guys, I need a question answered

Brake fluid is definitely not intended for the power steering system. It is very corrosive.
As sensitive as our pumps are, I would flush it all out and then some. The steering rack and every other internal steering components can be affected and are expensive repairs.

Corrosion is not the issue but the fact the rubber seals will swell and start leaking.

Depends on the area and mechanic (stealership vs independent).
if you know how to unhook a clip and keep things neat, you can do it with the help of a buddy.
If you chose the mechanic method, I would suggest going to one that will let you watch and make sure they actually do the job thoroughly. It's impossible to distinguish powersteering fluid mixed with brake fluid.
Also purchase the Honda Power Steering from the dealer.

If he topped it off and didn't move the car, the fluid hasn't moved though the PS pump.
Take the fluid out with a turkey baster or something and replace it with some generic power steering fluid from walmart, autozone etc.
Honestly, the longer the brake fluid is in there, the worse for your car. Buy some generic Power Steering Fluid and flush the whole system.
Here's a great DIY with pictures:

or here is the factory procedure, close to above:
