Grinding on slow movement and braking

Am i right to assume that this grinding on slow movement and braking is just my brake pads or are my rotors probably bad as well? Thanks in advance

If the pads are shot and metal is contacting the rotors, kiss the rotors goodbye. Need to pull the wheel and take a look unless you can see the rotor face being damaged by the pads.

Grinding sounds coming from the wheel area are never good sounds. Check those rotors right away. And check the pads, both inside and outside, for life.
