Angry Ignition switch!

How hard is it to replace the ignition switch in an 04 TL? I have not taken it to a dealer yet but I recently have had a problem starting the car. This happens once in a while. I go to turn the car on and the key just turns and there is no spring back or anything. I am guessing that its the ignition switch. I have checked the connection on the battery and checked for corrosion, nothing. I don't think its the starter because this has only happened 4 total times (knock on wood). If anyone has any information, or ideas on what it may be besides starter, solenoids or ignition switch let me know. Otherwise, I am wondering if I can replace the ignition switch myself without it being to much of a pain in my you know what. Thanks!

The older Acuras had the switch & lock as 2 seperate parts, the switch part was easy to change (2 screws & unplug wire harness), the lock assembly part was pinned in tightly & had to be drilled out to replace, I'll look in my shop service manual when I'm at my other house & get back to thread. Maybe someone else will chime in on this.
