Brake Judder Comebacks
Currently Applies To: ’04–05 TLs with A/T
Heavy stop-and-go driving at highway speeds can
increase the chances of brake judder. If the brake
discs were refinished using an approved on-car
brake lathe but the brake judder later returns, install
two new improved front brake discs (P/N 45251-
SEP-A11). These discs are made of a more durable
metal.
When you install these new brake discs, make sure
you install them in pairs and refinish them using an
approved on-car brake lathe. And if the brake pads
are 50 percent worn, remember to install new brake
pads, too.

I've had my disks/rotors resurfaced a few times due to shuddering... Looks like I wasn't going crazy afterall.. Sounds like this new part is the fix... Time to cue up a visit to the good ol dealership..
