Fuel pressure regulator with Fuel Pump Assembly?

If you buy the entire fuel pump module assembly like this:

Does that come with the regulator? I know the regulator is in the tank with the pump on these cars since they are a returnless fuel system. I'm just unsure of if wanting to replace a potentially failing pump and suspect regulator, am I getting it all when I buy that assembly, or is the regulator in fact a separately sold part?

Nobody knows this?
I've seen tons of mentions in helping to troubleshoot where members in here are pointing to either the fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump. Does replacing the pump assembly cover the regulator too, or are you guys that are suggesting that not sure if that's a separately ordered part?

Just curious what issues are you having, that makes you want to replace it?
