Front right parking light QUESTION

I have an 05 TL. My front right parking light bulb is out. (The one behind the orange part in the headlight). However the hazards and turn signals still work. What is causing this? Fuse? Bulb? Please help.

The bulb has two filiments and only the one is burnt out. Flashers use the second one.

its a dual filament bulb. meaning it basically has two loads inside th bulb. one is for flashing and one is for the parking lights.
should be a easy fix. good luck
