Angry Freaking DEAD bugs in my taillight

i have 2 dead bugs in my right taillight.

Any ideas how i can possibly remove them?

I have them too and would like to know also. I just noticed them earlier today when I was washing it. I just got the car a couple weeks ago. 2008 ASM base w/navi.

i got them at the bottom of my rear glass on the subaru, sucked them up with a small shop vac

The taillight housing isn't as sealed as you think. I had a spare set of TL taillights that were kinda dusty inside. I took an air compressor and blew it from the back side. Guess what? The compressed air was able to move through the crevices and clean out most of the dust inside. You'll have to do this with the taillights off the car though

Thats nothin dude, check out this huge fucker that crawled around until he got stuck and died--


I had to drill a hole in the edge of the lens and push it into the light, then I shook it around until I got it out of an opening between the brake light lens and the bezel

Man I thought I had it bad with a small to medium size roach dead inside my headlight.


OP just remove your tail light and do what paperboy said.

Im going to take the light off tomorrow see if i can hit it with some high pressure air

Didn't want to start a new thread but I have the same issue on one of my tails. Have a small bug in there and you mention that high air pressure would do the the trick. What type of air pressure are we talking about.. Tire air pressure like at a gas station? and where exactly in the tail did you aim the pressure to, signal hole? LED board section? I just bought a set of used OEM tails in almost brand new condition and they have a small dead bug in it.
