Fog lights stopped working

Ok well i installed HID fog lights a couple months ago. now they both don't light up when i turn them on. i'm guessing its a connection or electric problem since they are both dont work.

im going to take the bumper off again and test it with the OEM lights and see if it works.

just looking for tips on what to look for to fix it. i took the front bumper off last night just to check the connection to them and it looked solid. what else should i look for?

Did you have them wired with a relay? If not you might've blown a fuse I'm guessing.

Check fuse, relay, grounding the wire and tighten everything.

Ok took the bumper off swaped it with the OEM bulb and still nothing.

How do i check the fuse? i opened up the fuse box and i have no idea which one it is and how would i tell if its blown?

also what and where is the relay? would the relay effect both sides?

im starting to think its the fuse

WHen you take out the fuse box cover, it should say which fuse for the foglight. So check the diagram on the back of the fuse box cover. Correct me if I'm wrong, inside the driver side kick panel there are an additional fuse box as well. Check on that as well.

Ok i found the fuse for the Fog lights. i took it out and it looks fine..... how can you tell if its blown? is there something you look for to tell if its blown or do you just replace it and see if that was the cause?

There is a relay (at least on my 04) for the fogs as well, worth checking...

On the 04 it is next to the engine compartment fuse box, in its own little compartment.
