FI ECU buzzing noise from engine bay, also causes severe speaker noise
Alright So I finished installing a new amplifier for the speakers today and noticed there is a bad buzzing coming from the speakers when the key is ONLY on the II position or engine is on, in the "I" key position everything is clear.
Upon further inspection I go into the engine bay and hear the same exact buzzing noise from an unknown location below/behind the battery/intake, I go ahead and start taking out fuses til the noise goes away from both the engine bay and speakers. I pull out Fuse No.8 which is 15A and labeled "FI ECU" and the noise goes away and the speakers sound fine with the key in the II position
I put the fuse back in and the fuel pump re-primes the engine as if I just turned the car on. Anyway is that buzzing noise common in the engine bay?? And yes I've tried several different ground for the Amplifier so it doesnt pick it up with no luck so far what's your suggestions? I do know that Fuse No.8 goes to the PGM FI Main relay.

How is the amp wired? Pre OEM Amp or post? what kind of wires? You have interference now, possibly try running the input wires to the amp differently, use different wires...
