I was going to say take it to your dealer immediately but then I saw your location and remembered you are one of our few European friends, so you can't do that.

It sounds like the tester they used might not be capable of defining the exact code, but just gives you the base code for the series. There are about an equal number of codes for the blinking D when the MIL light also comes on and when it doesn't. About half the codes have a note (2) which means the cause is electrical and not the transmission, so again you will really need to determine the exact code. The list also gives the Honda codes, so is there a Honda dealer or shop near you?

I hope someone who knows more about this than I do can offer you some good advice, but it will be difficult to determine the cause without the exact code.
