Exhaust Leak cause CEL?

Can an exhaust leak cause a CEL? Im getting a Bank 2 Downstream CEL. It is intermittent though. If the car is completely code is turns off immediately after its started but after about 15 mins of driving it comes on and stays on. I know my mesh around the flex pipe on the Jpipe is pretty tore up and I can hear a slight tick from under the car.

I've never had a picky o2 sensor before. Most the time if the sensor is bad it continuously throws the code. I guess that's what's throwing my off...plus that annoying tick I keep hearing
